Appointment Policy

By booking an appointment with Granite Peaks Bookkeeping, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Appointment Confirmation
    All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.

  2. Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 Hrs before the scheduled appointment.

    • If you fail to cancel within the required time frame, the full appointment fee will be charged.

  3. No-Show Policy

    • If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not canceled within the required time frame, no refunds will be issued.

    • Missed appointments cannot be rescheduled without payment for a new booking.

  4. Refunds

    • Refunds are only provided for appointments canceled within the required notice period.

    • No refunds will be given for broken appointments or no-shows.

  5. Changes to Policy
    Granite Peaks Bookkeeping reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
