Appointment Policy
By booking an appointment with Granite Peaks Bookkeeping, you agree to the following terms:

Appointment Confirmation
All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. -
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 Hrs before the scheduled appointment.

If you fail to cancel within the required time frame, the full appointment fee will be charged.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not canceled within the required time frame, no refunds will be issued.

Missed appointments cannot be rescheduled without payment for a new booking.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided for appointments canceled within the required notice period.

No refunds will be given for broken appointments or no-shows.

Granite Peaks Bookkeeping reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
